Crawl Menu: Tonight's menu is grounded in celebrating the coming spring season. Seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables are accented by a strong citrus theme that runs throughout. And for those of you that are saying to yourself, "give me a break", you have an out; while the menu is highly crafted for a taste trip, feel free to BYOB of choice. No judgment! However, we HIGHLY encourage you to ride tonight's flavor-coaster. 

Crawl Plan: We will spend roughly one-hour at each stop and have planned a casual 30 minute transition window from one stop to the next. The walk between stops is around 5 minutes. We have planned on multiple servings per guest so do not hesitate to enjoy second helpings. If you have any questions about the menu below or about the night in general, do not hesitate to ask!

Bulk Bakes

These are a select "bakes" that will thrill your family and guests. Imagine serving a classic Rockefeller ready to bake or a velvety vegan chorizo. One of our secrets is that we use a premium oyster and we let it take part in the flavor party by not over dressing it. You will likely year your guest say that "it is the best they've ever had."

The "Rock"

Sorry ladies - this is not Dwayne Johnson laid out on a baking sheet. But it will make your mouth water. This version of the New Orleans classic is available in bulk to shuck and bake your own, or on pre-dressed oysters in ready-to-bake catering ware.
