About the event
The menu for the festival is our most prolific and diverse. Fan favorites include made-to-order oyster stew, oyster po-boy sliders, and on the half-shell with a wide array of optional sauces, mignonettes, and ponzu-based oyster dressings and shooters. Alternative food for the non-oyster eater, adult beverages and live music are also provided. Live music rounds out the evening's experience. This year's music will be provided by Bennett Walker Wales.
