This new seasonal mignonette is receiving positive reviews. Ripe pears are combined with shallots, garlic and tarragon in champagne vinegar. Enjoy!

Ponzu is a soy-sauce base combined with citrus and other complimentary ingredients. Pair LOC's prized homemade ponzu with fresh green onion to provide texture so be sure to give it a good chew!
