"A Passion for Oysters", by Dave Harp, Tom Horton and Sandy Cannon-Brown, debuted in October 2023 and is a deeply informative documentary. While the focus of the documentary is on oyster fisheries, restoration, and aquaculture in Maryland, this is a documentary for everyone who has an interest in the future of oysters.
