LOC's First Pop-Up

A big shout out to all who attended the first LOC Pop-Up. Thank You!

To those who work oysters, a tumbler is a hot-rod for shaping and sorting oysters, and a game changer to the arduous and time consuming chore when performed manually.

We enjoyed salty oysters, tried new recipes, learned about the farm and test drove the oyster tumbler.
